CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to cancel, please email us. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled before it ships. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return policy below to request a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt. Reports submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in resalable condition. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
For exchanges, the customer must cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Please ensure items are securely packed and sent via an insured and trackable shipping method (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Returned items must arrive in resalable condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, and if approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, minus any applicable shipping fees. Refunds will only be processed after the merchandise is received. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return has been delivered.
