Booking Policy
Please review the following policies before booking your appointment at Hairspace. These guidelines help us deliver the best possible experience to each of our clients.
Deposit Policy
• A $200 deposit is required to secure your first hair extension appointment.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost; the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• The deposit is non-refundable in the following cases:
• No-shows
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time
• In special situations, a refund may be considered at our discretion depending on the reason for cancellation.
Taxes & Payment
• A 12% tax will be added to your total at checkout, regardless of the payment method (card or cash).
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Full payment is required at the time of your service.
Consultation & Expectations
We want you to feel confident and happy with your results. Please keep in mind that every head of hair is unique.
• We recommend booking a consultation (in-person or online) before your first extension service.
• During this consultation, we’ll help determine the most suitable method, length, color, and amount of hair based on your goals and current hair condition.
• If your desired hair color or type is not available in stock, we will place a custom order with our supplier specifically for you. This is done only after we receive a 100% prepayment for the hair, as it is purchased and prepared individually for your needs. This amount is non-refundable.
• All services are non-refundable, as the time and hair products are custom-prepared for each client.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Please inform us as early as possible if you’re running late so we can try to accommodate you.
No-Shows
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in loss of deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to secure another time slot.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability — we are not able to rearrange other clients for last-minute changes.
