DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $200 or more (before taxes).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. If all items are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 24–72 hours.
If any item is out of stock, we will send you a follow-up email with an estimated shipping date.
Orders placed during holidays (New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) may require 1–2 additional business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends are usually shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to split shipments. If one item is in stock and the other is on backorder, and you wish to receive the available item right away, additional shipping fees will be charged for the backordered item.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
For orders shipped via Canada Post Parcel, Express Post, or Priority, a tracking number will be available on your Order Details page once the item has shipped.
Orders shipped via regular Canada Post mail do not include a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in these cases.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We ship within Canada only. We deliver only to physical street addresses or rural routes with a postal code. Remote and rural areas may be subject to additional delivery charges.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY?
No. All shipments are sent No Signature Required (NSR), provided the carrier deems the delivery location safe. If a delivery cannot be made, a delivery notice will be left, and you may pick up your package or schedule a new delivery time.
TAXES
All Canadian orders are subject to PST and GST (British Columbia), which are automatically calculated at checkout.
